CS톡으로 남겨주신 접수 일자와 시간은 모두 기록되므로, 양식에 맞춰 작성하여 남겨주시면 확인 후 순차적으로 진행하겠습니다.
1월 24일까지 접수된 환불 요청과 25일부터 접수된 요청은 수수료 금액이 다르니 이 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
