1. 회원가입 안내
• 접수를 위해서는 사전 회원가입 및 이메일 인증이 필수입니다.
• 인증 메일은 스팸함으로 분류되거나 도착까지 1–3분이 소요될 수 있으니 함께 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
‼️ 안내 메일 및 배번호 정보는 가입 이메일로 발송되므로, 자주 사용하는 이메일로 가입해 주시기 바랍니다.
2. 개인정보 확인·수정 안내
• 로그인 후 내 정보(마이페이지) → 프로필 사진 클릭을 통해 이름, 생년월일, 연락처, 이메일 등 개인정보를 확인하실 수 있습니다.
• 빈칸은 모두 입력하고, 잘못된 정보는 반드시 수정해 주시기 바랍니다.
‼️ 정보 오류 시 배번호 오제작, ITRA/UTMB 자동 매칭 불가 등, 문제가 생길 수 있습니다.
정확한 개인정보 입력은 원활한 접수와 대회 운영을 위해 필수이니, 반드시 확인 후 진행하여 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 대회 종료 후, 자동 매칭이 되지 않은 경우에는 선수가 UTMB / ITRA에 로그인 후 직접 계정통합 해야 합니다.
(번거로움을 줄이기 위해 사전에 올바른 정보로 기입 해주시기 바랍니다.)

1. Account Registration
• Prior account registration and email verification are required to complete your race entry.
• Verification emails may be filtered into your spam folder or take 1–3 minutes to arrive. Please check accordingly.
‼️ All race information, including bib number details, will be sent to your registered email.
Please use an email account that you check frequently.
2. How to Check & Edit Your Personal Information
• After logging in, go to My Page → Click your profile photo, and review your personal information (name, date of birth, phone number, email, etc.).
• Please ensure all fields are completed and correct.
‼️ Incorrect information may cause issues such as bib number errors or failure of automatic matching with ITRA/UTMB.
Accurate personal information is essential for smooth registration and race operations.
Please make sure to review and update your information before submitting your entry.
3. Post-Race: If Automatic Matching Fails
If your UTMB or ITRA results do not automatically sync after the race, you must log in to your UTMB/ITRA account and manually merge your profiles. (To avoid inconvenience, please ensure all information is accurate before the race.)
